All content on this site — including but not limited to the prompt cards, card text, assignments, photography, design, and copy — is the intellectual property of Luke Carey trading as Street Manual. © 2026 Street Manual, Luke Carey. All rights reserved.

2. Personal Use Only

Digital products purchased from Street Manual are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not:

• Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any card content in any form.
• Share purchased PDFs or files publicly or with third parties.
• Use the cards or content to create a competing product.
• Claim authorship of any card content.

You are welcome to reference individual cards or prompts in personal blog posts, social media, or creative projects, provided you credit Street Manual.

3. Digital Products

All sales of digital products are final. Because digital files are delivered immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds unless the file is defective or was not delivered. If you have a problem with your purchase, contact us at luke@streetmanual.com and we will make it right.

4. The Free Web App

The Street Manual web app — including the browseable cards, Focus Log, and session tracking — is provided free of charge. We reserve the right to change, limit, or discontinue any part of the free offering at any time without notice.

The app stores data (your Focus Log, theme preference) in your browser's local storage only. We are not responsible for any loss of that data.

5. Weekly Prompts Newsletter

By subscribing to the Weekly Prompts newsletter, you agree to receive periodic emails from Street Manual. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. We will not share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Accuracy

The prompt cards, settings guides, and recommendations on this site are offered in good faith for creative guidance. They are not professional advice. Results will vary based on equipment, conditions, and individual skill. We make no guarantees about outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Street Manual is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luke Carey shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
