Shoot the functional architecture, the signage, the workers on a break, the whole overlooked machinery of working Britain. Flat light suits the deadpan subject, and a wide lens holds the scale of car parks and sheds. Almost nobody photographs this, which is exactly why the record matters, so shoot it plainly and completely.

The output: A document of working Britain that's almost entirely absent from photography.
