This is Eggleston-in-Essex territory, so shoot in colour and treat the car parks, the chain signage and the trolleys as landscape. Look for the human moment against the vast banality, the family crossing the tarmac, the lone shopper. Hard light and big empty space are features, not problems. It will age into a period document.
