Post-pub, post-club, post-work. The chip shop at 11pm on a Friday. The kebab house at 1am. The people eating in the street.

How to shoot it: Go late, 11pm to 2am on a Friday and Saturday, post-pub and post-club. Shoot the counter, the queue, the people eating in the street, the strip-lit glow against the dark. Flash can give the Parr-style crunch, or shoot available light for the neon mood. It is funny and human, so shoot with warmth, and watch your kit and yourself at that hour.

The output: Late-night street photography with a food angle. Very funny, very human.
